Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of certain portions of Malmo's 1st Addition to the City of Seattle, of Rainier Valley 2nd Addition to the City of Seattle; of T. Hanford's Addition to the City of Seattle; of Sunnyvale Addition to the City of Seattle; of Starkey's Orchard Addition to the City of Seattle; of Martha Payn Addition to the City of Seattle; of the Cascade View Addition to the City of Seattle; of Erwin's City Park Addition to the City of Seattle; and of certain other platted and unplatted land in section 16, township 24 north, range 4 east, W.M., all in the City of Seattle,, for Park, Drive and Boulevard purposes; providing for the change from commercial Park, Drive and Boulevard uses of 26th Avenue South from Andover Street to Bradford Street, and from Charlestown Street to Winthrop Street, and of Winthrop Street from 26th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; and of certain portions of the intersecting streets, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the said change of use, and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made from the Park Fund of the City of Seattle.
