Title

An ordinance providing for the altering of 8th Avenue South by the abandonment of that portion of said avenue heretofore vacated by Ordinance No. 19314 between the south line of Atlantic Street and the north line of Lander Street, and by laying off, extending, widening and establishing of said 8th Avenue South over portions of blocks 247, 248, 249, 250, 251 and 252, of the Seattle Tide Lands; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by the general fund of the City of Seattle, in the manner provided by law.
