An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending, altering and establishing of West Wheeler Street from Fifteenth Avenue West to Thorndyke Avenue; of a public street and highway, to be known as Lawton Way, the southwesterly margin of which
is parallel to and distant one hundred (100) feet northeasterly from the northeasterly line of Blocks 126 and 128, Seattle Tide Lands, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Twentieth Avenue West; of West Halladay Street, from Twenty-first Avenue West to
Twentieth Avenue West; of Twentieth Avenue West from Thorndyke Avenue to West Halladay Street as extended; of Joliet Avenue, from West Halladay Street to West Wheeler Street; of Seventeenth Avenue West across the private right-of-way which lies
immediately northeasterly of Blocks 126 and 128 of the Seattle Tide Lands, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land, rights, privileges and other property necessary therefor; providing for
the changing and establishing of the curb grades of West Wheeler Street, and West Wheeler Street extended, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Thorndyke Avenue; of said Lawton Way, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Twentieth Avenue West; of West Halladay Street
and West Halladay Street extended, from Thorndyke Avenue to Twentieth Avenue West; of Twentieth Avenue West, from Thorndyke Avenue to West Halladay Street as extended; of Joliet Avenue, from West Halladay Street to West Wheeler Street; of Seventeenth
Avenue West, from West Wheeler Street to the southwesterly margin of Lawton Way; of Sixteenth Avenue West, from West Wheeler Street to Lawton Way; of West Ray Street from Thorndyke Avenue to Twentieth Avenue West; of West Smith Street, from Thorndyke
Avenue to Joliet Avenue; of West Boston Street, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Lawton Way, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land, rights, privileges and other property necessary for the grading and regarding of said
streets avenues and connecting alleys and for the construction of the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets, avenues and connecting alleys; providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by
special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law; and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
