Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, altering, extending and establishing of Twenty-second Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fifty-fourth Street; Ravenna Place, from Ravenna Avenue to Blakely Avenue; Railroad Avenue, from the east lien of Exposition Heights Addition to the City of Seattle to Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast; Blakely Avenue from Ravenna Place, as extended by this ordinance, to Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast; Twentieth Avenue Northeast and Twenty-first Avenue Northeast, each from the north line of Campus Addition to the City of Seattle, to East Fiftieth Street; East Forty-seventh and East Fiftieth Streets, each from Twentieth Avenue Northeast to Ravenna Avenue, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
