Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, altering and establishing of Grand Street, from the west margin of Fourteenth Avenue South (from the north) to the east margin of Twenty-second Avenue South (from the north); and from the east margin of Twenty-fifth Avenue South (from the south) to the east margin of Twenty-eighth Avenue South (from the south), all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
