Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of North Fifty-seventh Street, from Phinney Avenue to Palatine Avenue; Palatine Avenue from North Fifty-seventh Street to West Fifty-sixth Street; West Fifty-sixth Street, from First Avenue Northwest to Second Avenue Northwest, and First Avenue Northwest from West Fifty-sixth Street to Palatine Avenue; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made from the Park Fund of the City of Seattle.
