Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Valley Street, from Fairview Avenue to the shoreline of Lake Union, and of that public street and highway which is platted in the Lake Union Shore Lands immediately to the east of blocks 66, 67, 69, 70, and 71, in said shore lands from Eastlake Avenue to Fairview Avenue; all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the naming of said public street and highway; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
