Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Alki Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from the Southwest terminus of Alki Avenue as platted in Seattle Tide Lands, to the Northeast terminus of Alki Avenue, as platted in the plat of Alki Point, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
