Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 20th Avenue Northeast, in the City of Seattle from East 56th Street to the north line of East 85th Street, as a public street and highway, over and across certain lots, blocks, tracts and parcels of land in said city; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
