An Ordinance accepting a deed of conveyance from George S. McLaren, et ux, and Helen Moore Hubbell, executed on the Second day of November, A. D. 1906, to certain lands in A. A. Denny's Broadway Addition to the City of Seattle, to be used for street purposes, and laying off Hubbell Place.
