An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Dearborn Street, in the City of Seattle, from Seattle Boulevard to Rainier Avenue, as a public street and highway over and across certain lots, blocks and unplatted land,
in said City; and providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of the following named streets and avenues, to-wit: Dearborn Street and Dearborn Street, produced, from Eighth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Ninth Avenue South, from Dearborn
Street to Norman Street; Tenth Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; Charles Street, from Ninth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South; Plummer Street, from Ninth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South; and Rainier Avenue, from Jackson Street to
the South City Limits, all in the City of Seattle, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of said Dearborn Street, in the City of Seattle, from Seattle
Boulevard to Rainier Avenue, and necessary for the grading and regrading of said Dearborn Street and Dearborn Street, produced, from Eighth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; Ninth Avenue South, from Dearborn Street to Norman Street; Tenth Avenue South,
from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; Charles Street, from Ninth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South, Plummer Street, from Ninth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South, and Rainer Avenue, from Jackson Street to the South City Limits, and of approaches
thereto, in conformity with such established grades, and for the construction of the necessary viaducts and slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues, and providing for the ascertainment and
payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights taken or damaged for said purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation, and paying the cost of said proceedings,
and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
