AN ORDINANCE relating to the Seattle Police Department, fixing compensation and providing certain conditions of employment for certain public safety positions and assignments; authorizing execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between The City of Seattle and the Seattle Police Management Association, effective through December 31, 1998; a collective bargaining agreement effective through December 31, 2001; superseding inconsistent ordinances and providing payment thereof.
