Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Pike Street in the City of Seattle, between 1st Avenue and 3rd Avenue; over and across certain portions of lots 11 and 12, block 23; lots 1 and 2, block 24; lots 1 and 2, block 25; and lots 11 and 12, block 26; all in A. A. Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
