AN ORDINANCE accepting a Statutory Quit Claim Deed to a state frontage road, known as Union Place, and a parcel along Hubbell Place from the State of Washington for general municipal purposes, assigning the jurisdiction of the property to the Engineering Department for street purposes, renaming Union Place as Convention Place and laying off Convention Place and Hubbell Place (C.F. No. 292398, R/W 8762).
