Title

AN ORDINANCE establishing in the City Treasury, an Economic Development Grant Fund; accepting certain grants from the United States; authorizing the Mayor to enter into such agreements and execute such contracts as shall be required by the United States; appropriating $12,524,324 to the Economic Development Fund from monies to be received from such grants; authorizing certain City Officials to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates and to enter into agreements; authorizing the Board of Public Works to proceed with such work as shall have been contemplated by Resolution 25554; ratifying and confirming prior acts; and declaring an Emergency.
