AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Corporation Counsel to proceed with the necessary actions to collect such damages as may be due the City by reason of an increase in and sharing of attorney fees in connection with certain electrical antitrust litigation, making an appropriation from the Emergency Fund and declaring the emergency therefor.
