Title

An ordinance authorizing an agreement for construction by the State of Washington of a storm sewer and outfall structure and providing for partial reimbursement to the State of its costs incurred in connection therewith, as a part of the additions to and betterments of the Municipal Sewerage Utility contemplated by Ordinance 87653, in connection with the State's construction of Primary State Highway No. 1, Seattle Freeway, between Prospect Street and Shelby Street, and making an appropriation from the Sewer Fund as an advance to the Municipal Sewerage 1959 Construction Fund.
