Title

An ordinance relating to and restricting the location and maintenance of undertaking establishments, morgues, public, community; or association mausoleums and crematories for the disposition of the bodies of the dead, defining offenses, providing penalties, and amending Ordinance No. 36032, by adding thereto two new sections numbered 1-24 and 1-25, creating two new mortuary districts.
