An ordinance granting the Great Northern Railway Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company, rights of way for, and the right, privilege and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate sundry railway tracks in, along and across sundry streets, avenues, and other public places within the City of Seattle.
