Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of 29th Avenue South, from Bennett Street to Americus Street; 28th Avenue South, from Americus Street to Alaska Street, as established by Ordinance No. 39643; 30th Avenue South, from Bennett Street to Edmonds Street; Edmonds Street, from 30th Avenue South to 29th Avenue South; Dawson Street, from 30th Avenue South to 32nd avenue South; providing for the establishing of the curb grades of the above described avenues and streets; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above described avenues and streets in conformity with the grades established herein; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenues and streets; and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law
