An ordinance granting to the Diamond Ice & Storage Company, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate underground pipes, wires, and conduits in the streets, alleys and public places of the City of Seattle, for transmission of steam, hot water, gas and electricity.
