Title

An ordinance granting to the Great Northern Railway, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege, and authority to lay down, construct, maintain and operate sundry railway tracks upon and across sundry streets, avenues, alleys and other public places within the City of Seattle, and granting to said company, its successors and assigns, right of way for such tracks upon and across such streets, avenues and alleys of said city.
