An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifty-first Avenue South, Fifty-second Avenue South, Fifty-third Avenue South, Fifty-fourth Avenue South, Fifty-sixth Avenue South and Fifty-seventh Avenue South, each from Rainier Avenue to Roxbury Street; Fifty-fifth Avenue South, from Fletcher Street to Roxbury Street; Fifty-eighth Avenue South, and Fifty-ninth Avenue South, each from Waters Avenue to Roxbury Street; Sixtieth Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Cooper Street; Sixty-first Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Ryan Street; Sixty-second Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Renton Avenue; Sixty-third Avenue South, from Waters Avenue to Prentice Street; Sixty-fourth Avenue South, Sixty-fifth Avenue South and Sixty-sixth Avenue South, each from Waters Avenue to Bangor Street; Sixty-seventh Avenue South, from Prentice Street to Bangor Street; Rainier Avenue from Barton Street to Carver Street; Fletcher Street, from Fifty-third Avenue South to Waters Avenue; Carver Street, Redwing Street, Keppler Street, Perry Street and Thayer Street, each from Rainier Avenue to Waters Avenue; Roxbury Street, from Rainier Avenue to Fifty-ninth Avenue South; Pilgrim Street, from Rainier Avenue to Waters Avenue and from Sixty-first Avenue South to Fifty-ninth Avenue South; Norfolk Street, from Rainier Avenue to Waters Avenue and from Sixty-third Avenue South to Fifty-ninth Avenue South; Cooper Street, from Rainier Avenue to Waters Avenue and from Sixty-fifth Avenue South to Fifty-ninth Avenue South; Cooper Street, from Rainier Avenue to Waters Avenue and from Sixty-fifth Avenue South to Fifty-ninth Avenue South; Ryan Street, from Water Avenue to Sixty-first Avenue South; Prentice Street, from Waters Avenue to Renton Avenue; Arrowsmith Avenue, from Perry Street to Thayer Street; Waters Avenue, from Fifty-seventh Avenue South to Bangor Street; by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and by constructing wooden bridges on Waters Avenue between Sixty-fifth Avenue South and Sixty-sixth Avenue South; Arrowsmith Avenue between Cooper Street and Thayer Street, and on Fletcher Street between Fifty-sixth Avenue South and Fifty-seventh Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2360 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
