Title

An ordinance granting to the Oregon and Washington Railroad Company, its successors and assigns the right, privilege and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate sundry railway tracks in, along and across sundry streets, alleys and other public places within the limits of said city, and granting to said company, its successors and assigns, rights of way for said tunnel and said tracks along, across and beneath all said sundry streets, avenues, alleys and other public places of said city.
