Title

An ordinance granting a franchise to the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway Company, its successors and assigns, and to the joint owners hereafter acquiring an interest in this franchise, in accordance with the provisions thereof, the right, privilege and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate sundry railway tracks in, along and across sundry streets, alleys and other public places within the limits of said city, and granting to said company, its successors and assigns, rights of way for such tracks, in, along and across such streets in said city.
