An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Meridian Avenue, Burke Avenue, Densmore Avenue, and Woodlawn Avenue, each from North 40th Street to North 50th Street; Woodlawn Place, from North 43rd Street to North 45th Street; Ashworth Avenue, form North 41st Street to North 43rd Street; Interlake Avenue from North 41st Street to North 42nd Street; Midvale Avenue from North 39th Street to North 41st Street; Stone Way, from Ewing Street to North 50th Street; North 39th Street from Eastern Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; North 40th Street from Woodland Park Avenue to Stone Way; North 41st Street, from Meridian Avenue to the west line of Edgewater 2nd addition to the City of Seattle; produced to the east line of La Grand Extension to Woodland Park Avenue; North 44th Street, from Meridian Avenue to Woodlawn Place; North 46th Street, North 47th Street, North 48th Street, North 49th Street, and North 50th Street, each from Meridian Avenue to Interlake Avenue; and Carr Place, from North 38th Street on the east to North 39th Street, all in the City of Seattle by constructing concrete sidewalks and wood cross walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 764 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
