Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Fuhrman Avenue, from Shelby Street to Franklin Avenue; 12th Avenue North from Roanoke Street to Shelby Street; 11th Avenue North, from Roanoke Street to Shelby Street; Roanoke Street from Federal Avenue as platted in Davis Addition to the City of Seattle to 12th Avenue North as platted in Denny-Fuhrman Addition to the City of Seattle; Edgar Street, from 10th Avenue North to 12th Avenue North; Hamlin Street from 10th Avenue North to 12th Avenue North; Shelby Street, 10th Avenue North to 12th Avenue North; Millard Street, from Harvard Avenue North to 12th Avenue North; Allison Street from Franklin Avenue to 12th Avenue North; and Barton Street from Allison Street to 12th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and constructing concrete sidewalks, and other necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 370 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
