Title

An Ordinance of City of Seattle granting to the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway Company and Washington, its successors and assigns, and to the joint owners hereafter acquiring an interest in this franchise, in accordance with the provisions thereof, the right, privilege and authority to locate, lay down, construct, maintain and operate a railway track in, along and across sundry streets, within the limits of said city, and granting to said company, its successors and assigns, a right of way for such track in, along and across such streets in said city.
