Denny's Home Addition to the City of Seattle, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 115, Records of King County, Washington, Situate in the City of Seattle, County of King, State of Washington. (Right-of-Way File Number: T2006-46A; a portion of tax parcel numbers 198820-1565 and 198820-1575; King County Recording Number 20080619001429) is hereby accepted, and the alley in Block 85, D.T.
