Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to appropriations for solid waste facilities in the 2007 City Budget for Seattle Public Utilities; removing a budget proviso that limited expenditures on transfer station upgrades and a new intermodal facility; and amending the Capital Improvement Program to revise project descriptions for solid waste facilities, close out the Intermodal Facility Project, and reallocate funds from the Intermodal Facility Project to the South Transfer Station Upgrade Project.
