Title

AN ORDINANCE Relating to the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel ("Tunnel"); authorizing execution of a Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel Transfer Agreement with the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority ("Sound Transit") and King County pursuant to which certain assets relating to the Tunnel are to be transferred from King County to Sound Transit, other identified assets are retained under County ownership and control, the City consents to the use of certain City right of way by Sound Transit and King County for public transportation purposes, a funding plan and schedule is identified for completing various downtown Seattle street and traffic improvements to accommodate downtown bus service after closure of the Tunnel, and various payments and other actions are agreed upon.
