Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Department of Parks and Recreation; authorizing the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation to The City of Seattle of certain real property located along the Burke Gilman Trail, being a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 26 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, from Timothy C. and Sandra A. Motzer, husband and wife, Donald W. and Sheila Belcher, husband and wife, and Richard Brandon and Lee Mozena, to accept and record the deed, and to pay certain costs in connection with the donation; and placing the property under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation for open space, park and recreation purposes.
