Title

AN ORDINANCE repealing the franchise granted to the Great Northern Railway Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company, their successors and assigns, by Ordinances 57179 and 58867, and amendatory Ordinances 92566 and 92567, to provide for changes in the franchise right-of-way occasioned by the elimination of train operations along the Seattle Waterfront; and granting a perpetual franchise to the Burlington Northern Railroad Company successor to the Great Northern Railway Company and the Northern Pacific Railway Company, for the right, privilege, and authority to operate trains and maintain certain portions of trackage laid under the terms of franchise Ordinances 57179, 58867, 92566 and 92567.
