Title

AN ORDINANCE providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City at a special election on November 6, 1990 of a proposition authorizing the City to levy regular property taxes for seven (7) years in excess of the 106 percent limitation on levies for the purpose of providing assistance to Seattle Public School students and their families for educational and developmental services, such as early childhood development, school-based student/family services, comprehensive student health services, and out-of-school youth activities; providing for the annual levy; establishing the funding thereof as an alternate to Initiative 34 funding; creating an advisory oversight committee and authorizing implementing agreements.
