AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; authorizing the Mayor to execute a supplemental agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation for additional financial assistance for the replacement of existing timber railings and plank walkway on the west approach to the Northeast 45th Street Viaduct; authorizing the hiring of consultants and the awarding of contracts; increasing an expenditure allowance in the 1981 Budget of the Engineering Department; making appropriations from the Engineering Operating Fund and the Seattle General Street Improvement Bonds, 1960 Fund; and superseding Ordinance 108524.
