Title

AN ORDINANCE establishing a Seattle Code for Energy Conservation in new building construction to provide minimum standards for new buildings and structures or portions thereof to achieve more efficient utilization of energy, providing for the administration thereof as supplemental to the Seattle Building Code (Ordinance 106350), the Seattle Mechanical Code (Ordinance 106166) and the Seattle Electrical Code (Ordinance 105886), and providing penalties for non-compliance.
