Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; making an additional partially reimbursable appropriation from the Arterial City Street Fund for the completion of plans, specifications, cost estimates and construction of the Mercer Corridor Immediate Action Program; authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation providing for partial reimbursement of expenses relating to such project; and authorizing the hiring of expert and consultant services therefor.
