Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Engineering Department; authorizing the completion of plans, specifications and cost estimates and the construction of the Marion St. Pedestrian Trestle and in connection therewith an engineering study of the feasibility of a stairway or pedestrian ramp on the north side of the Washington State Ferry Terminal; making a partially reimbursable appropriation from the Seattle General Street Improvement Bonds, 1960 Fund therefor, and authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement wit the Washington State Department of Highways for federal financial assistance under the Federal Aid "M" program, Title 23, U.S. Code, Highways for such construction.
