AN ORDINANCE relating to and providing for the impoundment of certain vehicles; and amending the Traffic Code (Ordinance 91910) by adding thereto new Sections designated Sections 21.48.520, 21.48.540, 21.48.560, 21.48.580, 21.48.600, 21.48.620, 21.48.640, 21.48.660, 21.48.680, 21.48.700, 21.48.720, 21.48.740, 21.48.760, 21.48.780, 21.48.800 and 21.48.820; amending Section 21.06.140 and repealing Sections 21.48.020, 21.48.040, 21.48.060 21.48.080, 21.48.100, 21.48.120, 21.48.140, 21.48.160, 21.48.180, 21.48.200, 21.48.220, 21.48.240, 21.48.260, 21.48.280, 21.48.300, 21.48.320, 21.48.340, and 21.48.360 of said Traffic Code.
