An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 27th Avenue from a point 120 feet north of Yesler Way to East Columbia Street; East Columbia Street, from 27th Avenue to 28th Avenue; 28th Avenue from East Columbia Street to East Denny Way; East Denny Way from 28th Avenue to 30th Avenue; 30th Avenue from East Denny Way to East John Street; East John Street from 30th Avenue North to 31st Avenue North; 31st Avenue North from East Denny Way to East John Street; East John Street from 30th Avenue North to 31st Avenue North; 31st Avenue North from East John Street to East Republican Street; East Republican Street from 31st Avenue North to 30th Avenue North; 30th Avenue North from East Republican Street to East Mercer Street; thence through Washington Park to a point near the Northeast corner of Madison Park Addition; 24th Avenue and 24th Avenue North from East Olive Street to a point 120 feet south of East Harrison Street and from East Harrison Street to a point 120 feet south of East Roy Street; 25th Avenue and 25th Avenue North, from East Union Street to a point 120 feet south of East Harrison Street and from East Harrison Street to a point 120 feet south of East Roy Street; 26th Avenue and 26th Avenue North, from the south line of Rengstorff's Addition to East Denny Way; 26th Avenue North from a point 120 feet north of East Denny Way to East Thomas Street; and from East Madison Street to a point 120 of East Roy Street; 27th Avenue from a point 120 feet north of East Columbia Street to East Denny Way; 27th Avenue North from a point 120 feet north of East Denny Way to Arthur Place, and from East Madison Street to a point 120 feet south of East Roy Street; 28th Avenue North from East Denny Way to East Harrison Street; and from East Madison Street to a point 120 feet south of East Roy Street; 29th Avenue from a point 120 feet north of East Cherry Street to East Denny Way; 29th Avenue North from East Denny Way to a point 120 feet south of East Republican Street; Denny Place from East Thomas Street to a point 120 feet south of East Republican Street; 30th Avenue North from East John Street to East Republican Street; East Denny Way from 24th Avenue to 28th Avenue; East Thomas Street from 26th Avenue North to 28th Avenue North; Arthur Place and East Republican Street from East Harrison Street to 30th Avenue North; East Madison Street from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street; East Roy Street from East Valley Street and East Aloha Street, all from the west line of Madison Park Addition to Union Boulevard; Union Boulevard from East Roy Street to East Aloha Street; thence through Washington Park to a connection with the main sewer; East Ward Street and East Helen Street from the west line of Madison Park Addition to 28th Avenue North; 28th Avenue North from East Helen Street to East Ward Street; and from 28th Avenue North through Washington Park to the main sewer, by constructing therein sewers of such dimensions and material as may be required, together with all catch basins, man holes, lampholes, ventilators, wyes and other appurtenances necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 764 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bond' as provided by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency", approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899."
