Title

AN ORDINANCE authorizing an agreement with the Puget Sound Governmental Conference, as coordinating agency for the United States of America - Urban Mass Transportation Administration, for financial assistance to provide for Phase II of the Elderly/Handicapped Multi-Model Transportation System Study in cooperation with King County and the Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle authorizing supplemental agreements in connection therewith, continuing one position of Program Coordinator III and establishing one position of Senior Clerk in the Executive Department - Office of Policy Planning, increasing expenditure allowances in certain objects of expenditure in Program Category "Policy Development" (Code 6200) in the 1975 Budget of the Executive Department; making a reimbursable appropriation from the Emergency Fund and declaring the emergency therefor.
