CITY OF SEATTLE

ORDINANCE __________________

COUNCIL BILL __________________

AN ORDINANCE appropriating money to pay certain audited claims and ordering the payment thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Payment of the sum of $21,988,665.77 on Summit mechanical warrants numbered 4002819616 - 4002822835 plus manual or cancellation issues for claims, E- Payables of $93,691.42 on Summit 9000027860 - 9000027925 and Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) in the amount of $9,688,260.08 are presented for ratification by the City Council per Chapter RCW 42.24.180.

Section 2. That any act consistent with the authority and prior to the effective date of this ordinance is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its approval by the Mayor, but if not approved and returned by the Mayor within ten days after presentation, it shall take effect as provided by Seattle Municipal Code Section 1.04.020.
