AN ORDINANCE relating to the traffic code; amending Title II of the Seattle Municipal Code (Seattle Traffic Code) by adding a new section to Chapter 11.40 requiring persons using skateboards or rollerskates on a sidewalk or public path to operate in a careful and prudent manner and to yield to pedestrians.
