Legislation Title: AN ORDINANCE  relating to City streets, renaming the segment of South Lander Street between 16^th Avenue South and 17^th Avenue South from South Lander Street to South Roberto Maestas Festival Street.

Summary of the Legislation:  This legislation renames the segment of South Lander Street between 16^th Avenue South and 17^th Avenue South from South Lander Street to South Roberto Maestas Festival Street.

Background: Roberto Maestas was a founder of El Centro de la Raza and a leading advocate of social justice. The Lander Festival Street is adjacent to El Centro de la Raza and this change will honor his memory and the contributions he made to the community.
