Legislation Title:

AN ORDINANCE relating to land use and zoning; amending Chapter 23.32 of the Seattle Municipal Code at page 14 of the Official Land Use Map, Plat 225E, to rezone property located at 1760 North Northgate Way, from Single Family 7200 (SF 7200) to Lowrise 3 (L3) and accepting a Property Use and Development Agreement in connection therewith.  (Petition of VQS Corporation/Sam Furutani, C.F. 307452, Project Number 2502181)

· Summary of the Legislation: This is a contract rezone to rezone a parcel of property from Single Family 7200 (SF 7200) to Lowrise 3 (L3).  The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) and the Hearing Examiner both recommended Council grant the rezone, subject to conditions.  See Clerk File 307452.  The conditions are contained in the Property Use and Development Agreement.
