Summary of the Legislation: This is “housekeeping” legislation, finally completing action moved and
approved by the Board of Park Commissioners in 1911 to allow a driveway from a
park road to a private (institution) land parcel. This legislation provides a legal description and specifies
limitations and obligations associated with the use. The proposed legislation also establishes a formal easement that
will be recorded in King County records.
