Sections 23.41.012, 23.48.220, 23.48.225, and 23.48.245 of the
Seattle Municipal Code, to revise existing regulatory incentives to
preserve open space and allow departu res from tower separation
requirements when the project includes a Landmark that is
subject to Landmark controls and ince ntives adopted by the City
Council.
