Title

A RESOLUTION AND PROPOSITION to amend Article XIX Section 2 of the City Charter to require all elective City officers to be citizens of the United States, qualified electors of the State of Washington and registered voters of the City of Seattle and to eliminate as a qualification the ability to write the English language.
