Resolution 169

Title

A Resolution declaring that it is the intention of the City Council to voice the sentiments of the entire community in its desire to do honor to the Washington Volunteers now in the Philippines, who are soon to be mustered out of service, and suggest a subscription fund be raised forthwith for the purpose of defraying the expenses of a suitable celebration on the day of their arrival home, including an evening of fireworks.
