Title

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Park Department; authorizing the Development as a temporary park of City property at the former armory site in the vicinity of the Pike Place Market, transferring temporary jurisdiction over such property to the Department of Parks and Recreation, making a reimbursable appropriation from the Emergency Fund and declaring the emergency therefor.
